Monthly Rentals

Our monthly cabin rentals are great for those looking to be in the area for an extended period of time but do not own an RV. Our park models are great for traveling nurses, project workers and snowbirds.

All of our cabins offer easy access to all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Monthly Rates

1 Bedroom with Loft — $2,200 per month plus electricity

2 Bedroom with Loft - $2,500 per month plus electricity

Maximum rental is 90 days

$500 deposit is required when booking – $250 of the deposit is refundable after check out

COTTAGE CABIN

The Cottage Cabin sleeps up to 6 people and features a studio with 1 queen-size bed and a loft area with a queen bed, perfect for the kids. Please note that the loft is not full height.

DELUXE CABIN

The Deluxe Cabin sleeps up to 6 people and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft area with a queen bed, perfect for the kids. Please note that the loft is not full height.

PREMIUM CABIN

The Premium Cabin sleeps up to 8 people and features 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a loft area with a queen size bed, perfect for the kids. Please note that the loft is not full height.

Holiday Lodging Cancellation Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

A 7-day cancellation notice is required for all lodging reservations during the following holiday periods:

  • Fourth of July Weekend — July 3–5, 2026
  • Labor Day Weekend — September 4–7, 2026
  • Thanksgiving Week — November 25–29, 2026
  • Christmas & New Year's — December 24, 2026 – January 1, 2027
  • Easter Weekend — March 26–29, 2027
  • Memorial Day Weekend — May 28–31, 2027
  • Fourth of July Weekend — July 2–5, 2027
  • Labor Day Weekend — September 3–6, 2027
  • Thanksgiving Week — November 24–29, 2027
  • Christmas & New Year's — December 23, 2027 – January 3, 2028

For lodging reservations during these dates, cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a deposit refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival result in forfeiture of the deposit.
