### Need a place for the group to gather? We can help with that!

Rallies can reserve an extra RV site at 50% off for the group. This is a great option for groups that need a gathering area close to their rigs. Guests can easily bring their camp chairs over from their site and socialize with the group. You also have the option of setting up a shade tent or renting event tents, tables, and chairs. We are happy to connect you with a rental company.

If you prefer an indoor option, Rallies can rent a semi-private area in our Clubhouse. This space can accommodate 40-50 people and has an adjoining covered patio. Rental rates vary based on the season. (6’ tables and chairs are included, pending availability)

Our team is happy to assist with booking excursions in Sedona and around Verde Valley. Let us know what you’d like to do or ask for recommendations!

#### Off-site excursions can include:

- Kayaking on the Verde River
- Dinner and Show at Blazin’ M Ranch
- Tickets to Out of Africa Wildlife Park
- Sedona Vortexes
- Wine Tastings
- Sedona Pink Jeep Tours
- Grand Canyon National Park Day Trip

### On-site Activities can include:

### Reviews from our past Group Guests:

"Best Campground for Group Meet-ups! My husband and I were here for the LessJunkMoreJourney Huddle and had a wonderful experience! The park's staff was very helpful and accommodating to our group of over 100 campers. This is an amazing park for group meet-ups! We would definitely consider going back for a longer stay!"

Lisa STeam Journey Huddle, March 2023

“On behalf of the family, I wish to commend the ENTIRE staff at Camp Verde RV Resort!!! Your team is absolutely awesome! I was responsible for coordinating a Family Reunion event, we chose your location. IT WAS A STUNNING SUCCESS! Everybody took advantages of the pool, pickle ball court and other amenities during the reunion. EVERY family member loved the Resort. Amenities are top-notch, immaculately taken care of, and your staff makes everyone feel welcome and at home... you couldn't possibly have a better crew at Camp Verde RV Resort.”

Keith K Family Reunion, July 2022

“The staff was very accommodating and willing to work with us to hold events in locations / times so that attendees had the best experience possible. Also the maintenance of not only the facilities but the RV sites were top notch and well cared for.”

Laura K Escapees Hangout, April 2022 Photos courtesy of Escapees RV Club

“Our group of 15+ rigs spent 4 nights at the Verde Ranch RV Resort. It was a very comfortable campground; sites were adequately spaced apart, full hookup sites, and many are pull through sites. The resort has many well-maintained & clean amenities, which was a true pleasure to have during our stay. Check in was very easy, and the few occasions I talked with the employees, it was very pleasant. The shower/bath facilities were amazingly clean, large, and had several hooks. THANK YOU!!”
